Signify = Meaning
Seeing is believing, just as hearing makes us believe; however, believing something to be true does not necessarily mean it is true. As everyone should understand, you may believe in lies; the ones you tell yourself or the ones that you’re told. The next thing you need to understand is that when you believe in lies, you will spread them, just as others will spread those lies. When this happens on a large scale, words become the truth simply because everyone says so, but a lie remains a lie, no matter how many people believe in it. The truth can therefore only be found when you use your brains for their real purpose, which is called ‘thinking’. Without thinking, you possess no knowledge; without knowledge, you will believe in lies. Thinking is what makes people intelligent, but knowing that we, the most intelligent species on this planet, are killing ourselves and everything else with it, must make you understand how intelligence is lacking and that you are not only a spectator in this process, but also a contributor. You have to ask yourself the question, how should intelligent people communicate with you if you keep ignoring all their calls for action, because this planet is dying.

Bailey also explained, but referred to all the prophecies, because every religion or spirituality does not only have the same predictions as well as the knowledge about the marking on the foreheads and hands; which refers to the process of thinking, acting and alignment between those two processes and our words.
