Dear visitor, welcome to the webpage about The Kingdom of The Netherlands, where the greatest believe is ‘something’, which just as well could be defined as ‘God’ and could be used to seek unity in a world that desperately needs it. After two devastating world wars the impact of war lingers on for many generations. Even now, 80 years after our liberation, it remains with us. The least we can do is: not look away. Not justify it. Not erase it. Not brush it aside. Not normalize something that is anything but normal. And nurture and defend our democracy and the rule of law. Because only that can protect us from tyranny and chaos. I’m Peter Lamper and I want introduce ‘‘The Beginning’’ and share a dream that seeks to gain insight about humanity and achieve partnerships that prioritize long term visions that puts people first.
